Who writes our content
All service descriptions, FAQs, and informational pages on this website are written and reviewed by Amanda Jane Reimer, CCP, Notary Public and principal of PDQ Notary & Process Services Inc. Amanda has served the Grande Prairie community since 1992 and holds credentials as a Notary Public and Certified Credit Professional (CCP).
Accuracy and review
Every page describing our services, fees, hours, or procedures is reviewed annually and any time there is a material change to the law, our scope of practice, or our operating procedures. When we update a page, we note the date at the top of the page or in the page footer.
If you spot an error, outdated information, or a typo, please email [email protected] and we will correct it as quickly as possible.
Legal information, not legal advice
PDQ Notary is not a law firm and none of our staff are lawyers. The content on this website is informational. It does not constitute legal advice, and reading it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. When a matter requires legal advice, we refer clients to qualified lawyers in our professional network.
Client testimonials and reviews
The client reviews shown on our Testimonials page are verified reviews submitted to Google by real clients. We display them in their original wording and do not edit reviews for content, though we may shorten particularly long reviews for layout. We never fabricate, pay for, or solicit reviews in exchange for compensation.
Client privacy
We never publish names, case details, or document contents belonging to any client unless that client provides explicit written consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Advertising and sponsorships
This website contains no paid advertising, affiliate links, or sponsored content. Any third-party services we mention (for example, our booking provider or the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires for fingerprinting) are disclosed because we use them operationally, not for compensation.
Corrections
When a correction is made to a substantive piece of information, we update the page and note the change. For questions about our editorial practices, contact us at [email protected].
